boy, that was bloody quick! And even though it was quicker than I could leave a note for the courier, they left it with the neighbour Friday, and
everythings sweet. Really well packed too, thanks for the extra effort there. And it was worth it, the outside box was pierced and badly damaged,
but the tank is in perfect order. Ultimately it was insured, but it is always great when the parts arrive in good order. If you get any other parts in (as per my list) it would be great if you could let me know. When it runs so well I would be happy to do business with you again. Thanks. Panel received today....
Box was a little, ....well, more than a little, crushed.
It shows a hole in the middle passing fom one side to another, I can nearly pass my hand through the case.
It seems that it has been hit and impaled with a heavy stick....
I can't believe it !!!!!!!........
Postman say is none of their business, packages must be done hard enough to support those incidents (!!!!!!?????)....
I got anger by moments.....
An I got overhelmed thinking in how many little pieces to weld again, how many missing parts, again a puzzle to build....
I opened the box and.....
Stick hit the box just in the place where the bigger vent window was !!!!!!!!!
Absolutely incredible !!!!!!! but happened
NOTHING seems to have damaged the panel...
My apologies for telling it in such a dramatic way, I'm more than pleased with the panel and more than happy for being so lucky, panel is in better condition than I was expecting.
I wanted to participate you how lucky I feel, panel is in "so good" condition that I believe I will have very little work to do and a really nice "nearly new" fairing.

Hi Alan, Just to let you know that the FJ1200 tank has safely arrived and is now installed on my bike. There are no leaks and it's great to ride again :-). Apart from some bruises it looks good after I put some polish. Do you know perhaps of some way to treat the rust in the bruises so that it doesn't spread any further (apart from doing a complete paint job)? Thanks for all your help and a happy new year. Good Morning Alan (!), The Majesty front panel arrived safely and I am well pleased with it. I've had an aerosol of the correct colour made up at my local auto paint suppliers and also have primer and lacquer. So that bit between Christmas and New Year's I'll be down the garden in my workshop, where Chris my wife (she calls it "the shed" by the way) thinks I live, rubbing down and spraying. Alan, just wanted to drop you a quick note. I got the red Futura panel and mirror you sent out. I got it probably 10 days ago. Everything arrived fine and in good condition. Parts were just as you'd described, so there were no surprises there. I did have to transfer a small plastic cover from my old fairing, but no big thing. Otherwise, everything was fine. Hello Alan, I haven't thanked you for sending me the VFR centre fairing and the LH lower fairing, Many thanks indeed!! You inspired me to have a go at plastic welding to with a modified soldering iron, I put the white clock rear housing back together from about 12 bits also the front housing this had only a crack plus removing the shattered digital readout clear lens and inserting a polycarbonate one in is place.
