The main inspiration for Alkamoto came from the frustration of sourcing parts for my own bikes over the years by phoning round endless breakers, usually without success. Fairing panels & bodywork were always the hardest items to get hold of and usually arrived poorly or wrongly described & badly packaged, if at all. Since starting Alkamoto in 2002, I have strived to better these standards & give the kind of service I expect myself when buying something, combined with sensible prices & an easy to use facility to find what you're looking for in the first place. Every item has been inspected and photographed before being displayed online in order to give you useful information relating to model, year, colour scheme and general condition.
